The Female Lead publishes books of role models and puts them into schools. Sane created the portraits for the second — among the women, Julia Gillard, the first to lead Australia, and Lady Hale, the first to lead the UK’s Supreme Court.
The books are handed to girls in classrooms, so the women who have run governments and courts are the examples they grow up with.
